How does this system work?

By combining the advanced methods of PMMT, NLP and MTT the system addresses ALL areas of quitting cigarettes. Most programs only address one area of quitting cigarettes. The techniques remove the desire for cigarettes and break old established habits of smoking!

How does PMMT & NLP work?

Our minds work on two levels - the conscious and the unconscious (we call it the creative level of mind). We make decisions, think, and act with our conscious mind. The creative level of mind our habits. In the relaxed state known as PMMT, we can communicate directly with the creative level of mind. This is why it is so quick and easy to change habits of a lifetime with PMMT. This relaxed alpha state has often been referred to as the "super-learning state" or for athletes being in the "zone."

Will I Be Successful this Time?

Everyone who WANTS to stop smoking can be successful in using this system. And since the session is custom tailored to your individual needs, it works for almost anyone.

You will know the system has worked because you will have quit cigarettes and will feel great being a non-smoker. The vast majority of our successful clients tell us that they never even experience withdrawal symptoms after the session. In fact some feel as if they have never smoked cigarettes. They cannot believe how easy it was.

I've Tried Hypnosis Before and It Didn't Work?

Hypnosis can be very successful in helping people to quit cigarettes, but sometimes the results are a bit erratic because people feel they can't go into hypnosis, they have had hypnosis before, they didn't relax sufficiently or a number of other reasons.

Our PMMT techniques are more advanced than hypnosis. We could actually do the session with your eyes open, but we want you to relax and be in the "super-learning zone" so we ask you to just close your eyes so you are not distracted by outside sights and sounds.

How Long Does It Take?

It only takes One Session to Quit Cigarettes Permanently.

Because we want to only see you once in our office your practitioner will take as much time as is needed to have you permanently quit cigarettes once and for all. Most session last about 1.5 hours, but we suggest you allow yourself 2 hours so you are not rushed. We want to answer all your questions and alleviate any fears or concerns you may have.

Can Two of Us Come Together?

The session is structured to be an individual session. However, we can do the first part of the program with a partner as this is more "general" in nature. The PMMT session will ALWAYS be done privately and confidentially.
